- Phishing and Fraud: Hosting or promoting any content related to phishing, identity theft, fraudulent activities, or schemes intended to defraud others.
- SPAM: Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or using our services to facilitate spam, including bulk email campaigns that violate the CAN-SPAM Act or similar laws.
- Resource Abuse: Engaging in activities that excessively consume server resources or disrupt the performance of our services, including but not limited to running resource-intensive scripts, CPU overloads, or network traffic abuse.
2. Security Violations
You are responsible for ensuring that your hosting environment is secure. You may not use our services to compromise the security of any network, system, or account, including but not limited to:
- Accessing accounts, networks, or systems without proper authorization.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to third-party systems or accounts.
- Distributing passwords, credit card details, or other sensitive personal information without proper consent.
- Interfering with the proper functioning of our services or other users’ sites.
3. Content Restrictions
You may not host, store, distribute, or transmit any content that:
- Is obscene, offensive, or pornographic.
- Promotes hate speech, violence, or any form of discrimination.
- Violates any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Infringes on the privacy or defamation rights of others.
- Encourages illegal activities or promotes harm to individuals or groups.
4. No Hosting of Adult Content
Page Up Productions does not permit the hosting of adult content, pornography, or sites intended for sexually explicit purposes.
5. Fair Usage
Page Up Productions offers hosting services with the understanding that users will utilize resources responsibly. We reserve the right to implement resource limitations or restrictions on accounts that exceed reasonable usage thresholds in order to maintain service quality for all users.
6. Network Usage and Security
You may not:
- Use our services to operate any type of open proxy, open relay, or anonymizer.
- Operate software that enables network abuse, including IP spoofing, email harvesting, or any form of network scanning.
- Engage in any activities that may cause degradation of service for other users or our servers, including traffic flooding, deliberate attempts to overload the network, or unauthorized server access.
7. Responsibility for Users
If you provide access to third parties (e.g., customers, clients, employees) to use our services through your account, you are responsible for their actions and ensuring they comply with this AUP.
8. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate account suspension, termination, or legal action, depending on the severity of the violation. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take any necessary actions to ensure compliance, including:
- Suspending or terminating services without prior notice.
- Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
- Taking legal action against the offending party for damages or breach of this policy.
