At Page Up Productions, we strive to provide reliable and seamless web hosting services. By purchasing any of our hosting packages, you agree to the following fulfillment, refund, and cancellation policies.
Fulfillment of Services
Upon successful payment, web hosting services will be provisioned immediately. Depending on the service, you will receive a confirmation email with login credentials and access details to your hosting account within minutes. If you encounter any delays or issues with account activation, please contact our support team at [email protected], and we will assist you promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their hosting service at any time. If you wish to cancel your account, you can do so by contacting us via our support portal or by logging into your account dashboard. Please note that cancellation will be effective immediately upon request, and you will lose access to your hosting service and data stored on our servers.
For customers on month-to-month plans, cancellations made after the renewal date will not be eligible for a refund. However, service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
For customers on annual or multi-year plans, cancellations made within the first 30 days of service are eligible for a full refund, as outlined below. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided for unused time in the hosting period.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting service purchases. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. After the 30-day period, no refunds will be provided.
Refunds do not apply to the following:
- Domain registration fees (if applicable).
- SSL certificates.
- Any third-party services or add-ons.
- Services that have already been rendered, such as website migrations or custom development work.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
Termination by Page Up Productions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, including but not limited to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy. In such cases, no refund will be provided for unused time.
Data Retention and Responsibility
Upon cancellation or termination, it is the customer’s responsibility to back up all data associated with their hosting account. Page Up Productions is not responsible for any data loss resulting from account cancellation, suspension, or termination.
