PageUP provides website development, business systems and integrations, practical AI solutions, ecommerce services, and related consulting. PageUP also provides cPanel hosting under the name North Dallas Hosting, a PageUP company.

This Privacy Policy explains how PageUP collects, uses, discloses, and retains information through the PageUP website, direct business inquiries, and PageUP-managed client and hosting accounts. A website or system that PageUP builds or maintains for a client may have its own privacy notice and practices.

Information you provide

You may provide information when you submit the Start a Project form, correspond with PageUP, become a client, open a support request, or use the client portal. Depending on the interaction, that information may include:

• your name, work email address, and optional telephone number;
• your organization and website;
• the services you are interested in;
• information about a business problem, desired outcome, project stage, timing, and optional investment range;
• additional information you choose to include in a message or support request; and
• account, invoice, transaction, service, and support information associated with a client or hosting relationship.

The public Start a Project form does not accept file uploads and is configured not to store the submitter's IP address as a form-entry field.

Information collected automatically

When measurement tools are enabled and permitted by your consent settings, PageUP may collect information such as:

• pages viewed and general interaction information;
• referring pages and campaign parameters;
• approximate location;
• browser, device, and operating-system information;
• first-party identifiers used to distinguish visits or sessions; and
• advertising click identifiers, such as gclid or msclkid, when present.

The Start a Project form may retain the landing page, external referrer, source category, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, and a submission token so PageUP can understand how an inquiry arrived and avoid counting the same successful submission more than once.

PageUP also uses security and anti-spam controls, including a hidden honeypot field and a minimum form-completion time.

How PageUP uses information

PageUP may use information to:

• evaluate and respond to inquiries;
• determine whether a requested project is a reasonable fit;
• prepare, perform, support, and administer services;
• manage client and hosting accounts, invoices, payments, and support requests;
• maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve websites and systems;
• understand aggregate site use and attribute qualified inquiries to marketing sources;
• prevent spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and harmful activity;
• comply with applicable law and enforce agreements; and
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only under an accepted agreement or other explicit confirmation from PageUP.

Analytics, cookies, and advertising measurement

PageUP may use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand site activity and determine whether an advertisement contributed to an inquiry. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers and may process information about sessions, approximate location, browser, device, referring source, and site interactions.

PageUP does not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, free-text form responses, or other personally identifiable information to Google Analytics or Google Ads.

At launch, PageUP does not use remarketing audiences, Google Signals, demographics or interest reporting, or advertising personalization. If PageUP materially changes these practices, this policy and the site's consent controls must be updated before the new use begins.

Where the site provides a privacy-preference control, you may use it to accept, reject, or later change non-essential analytics and advertising measurement choices. Browser settings and Google-provided controls may provide additional choices.

AI-assisted tools

PageUP may use appropriately configured AI-assisted tools to support analysis, drafting, development, quality review, and service delivery. PageUP remains responsible for the work and applies human review appropriate to the task.

PageUP does not represent that project-inquiry content is used to train publicly available AI models. Confidential or client-controlled information is handled according to the applicable service agreement, project requirements, and tool settings.

How information may be disclosed

PageUP may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, forms, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, account administration, payment processing, support, security, development, and professional services. These providers may process information only for the relevant service and under their applicable agreements and settings.

PageUP may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

• comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request;
• protect PageUP, its clients, visitors, systems, providers, or the public;
• investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of an agreement; or
• complete a business transfer if the structure or ownership of the business changes.

PageUP does not sell personal information.

Payments and client hosting accounts

Hosting invoices, payments, and support tickets are managed through the PageUP WHMCS client portal. Payment processing may be completed by an approved payment provider. PageUP does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on the public WordPress website.

North Dallas Hosting is the PageUP hosting brand. PageUP remains the invoicing service provider unless an applicable agreement or invoice states otherwise.

Retention

PageUP generally retains public project-inquiry records for up to 24 months after submission or the last meaningful inquiry activity. If an inquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant information may be moved into client, accounting, project, support, or service records and retained for the period appropriate to those records.

Form submissions classified as spam are generally deleted after 30 days. Analytics, account, invoice, transaction, support, security, backup, and client-project records follow the settings, contractual needs, accounting requirements, and legal obligations applicable to those systems.

Security

PageUP uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and systems involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may use the site's privacy-preference control to manage non-essential measurement choices where that control is available. You may also contact PageUP to ask about personal information associated with your direct interaction, or to request correction or deletion where applicable.

PageUP may need to verify a request and may retain information when required for contracts, accounting, security, legal obligations, or the establishment or defense of claims.

Children

The PageUP website markets business and professional services and is not directed to children under 13. PageUP does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the public project-inquiry form.

External links and client websites

The PageUP website may link to client websites, service providers, or other third-party destinations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. PageUP's work on a client website does not make the client website part of this Privacy Policy.

Changes to this policy

PageUP may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in services, technology, vendors, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of the page will identify the current version. Material changes should be published before or when the changed practice begins.
