No client relationship or guarantee

Submitting a form, sending a message, requesting information, or using the site does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only under an accepted proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other explicit confirmation from PageUP.

Examples, case studies, processes, and prior work do not guarantee that another project will produce the same result. Project scope, timing, cost, performance, and responsibilities are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Acceptable website use

You may use the public site for lawful informational and business-inquiry purposes. You may not:

Client names, screenshots, trademarks, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification, attribution, or authorized portfolio purposes. Their appearance does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement beyond the context stated.

Third-party sites and services

Links to client sites, demonstrations, platforms, and other third-party services are provided for context or convenience. PageUP does not control every third-party destination and is not responsible for its availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices.

Client agreements control

These website terms do not replace a proposal, statement of work, hosting agreement, subscription agreement, or other client contract. If these terms conflict with a signed or accepted client agreement, the client agreement controls the applicable service.

Hosting services are also subject to the PageUP Hosting Acceptable Use Policy and any applicable hosting or service agreement.

Site availability and changes

PageUP may modify, suspend, or discontinue site content or features. PageUP does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the public site.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the public site and its content are provided on an as available basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or a guarantee of a particular business, technical, advertising, search, conversion, or financial outcome.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PageUP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the public site. This limitation does not alter liability or remedies established in an applicable client agreement and does not apply where the law prohibits the limitation.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A signed or accepted client agreement may establish different or more specific dispute terms for the services it covers.

Changes to these terms

PageUP may update these terms as the site or services change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
