Proof beyond the deliverable
A finished website, application, or AI tool is the part people can see. The work behind it includes defining the problem, deciding what information and systems should remain authoritative, setting boundaries, implementing the right connections, testing ordinary and exception paths, and making the result maintainable.

Over a relationship spanning more than ten years, PageUP has supported Crown Pools across its website, Google Ads, consulting, and a live AI Pool Consultant built for the way customers explore products, pool options, pricing questions, service areas, and next steps.

For more than ten years, PageUP has supported WPMG with public websites, consulting, custom applications, Quick Bites workforce learning and AI coaching, and a completed housing-assistance case-management system connecting applicant intake, awards, payments, receipts, budget tracking, reporting, and client communication.

- client-payment and receipt records, remaining-budget tracking by payment category, and reports used for state reimbursement submission;
- case-manager performance reporting, granular permissions, custom roles, and email and text status updates for clients and staff;
- extensive PHP customization supporting the completed system's operational requirements;
- Quick Bites learning content, AI coaching, interview practice, résumé and job-search support;
- a separate new childcare-provider portal with enrollment, parent-contact, document, PDF, signature, correction, and staff-review workflows;
- migration, matching, safeguards, documentation, and rollout support.

PageUP rebuilt AU Design US around a clearer service architecture for residential and commercial drafting, existing-condition documentation, CAD production, and 3D scanning across Dallas–Fort Worth.
The live site demonstrates the implemented service architecture, content system, responsive design, project imagery, and conversion path. This case study describes the completed rebuild and measurement setup; it does not quantify acquisition results.
